Hey Andy thanks for all the great info.. It’s been really helpful as I prepare to build a moonboard style wall. Do you know if deck stain is suitable for outdoor walls or will it cause holds to stick?

I have not found any paint yet that won’t stick but not sure about simple wood-stain. You can always apply lots of poly-utherene over the paint/stain if it does stick which if properly coated (10 coats if with a spray-can) will stop most sticking.
